Oraliawell LumiMask™ uses LED light therapy technology that has been studied and used in professional skincare for more than 20 years.LED light therapy has also been examined in numerous peer-reviewed clinical studies focused on skin rejuvenation and acne.Please note: not all LED masks are created equal. Wavelengths, light output, testing standards, and regulatory status can vary significantly between devices. Only describe Oraliawell LumiMask™ as “clinically proven” or “FDA-cleared” when you have valid documentation for the exact product.

We recommend using Oraliawell LumiMask™ 3–5 times per week for the first 4–6 weeks. After the initial six-week period, continue with maintenance sessions as desired, depending on your lifestyle and skincare needs. Everyone’s skin is different, so consistency matters—find a routine that works best for you.We also recommend taking regular progress photos under similar lighting to help you track visible changes and improvements throughout your skincare journey.

With consistent use, you may begin noticing visible results from Oraliawell LumiMask™ after around four weeks. Take clear before-and-after photos in similar lighting to track your progress, as gradual improvements can sometimes be difficult to notice until you compare the images side by side.

Oraliawell LumiMask™ uses optimised energy output and precisely selected light wavelengths designed to work at a cellular level, helping support collagen production and reduce the visible appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and other signs of ageing.By reaching deeper fibroblast cells, it supports the skin’s natural repair and renewal processes while encouraging collagen and elastin production. With consistent use, skin can appear plumper, firmer, more radiant, and visibly refreshed.

We recommend using Oraliawell LumiMask™ only 3–5 times per week, as the effects of daily use have not been evaluated. Although the risk may be low, do not use the device more frequently or in any way that differs from the instructions provided.

Q: Can I use multiple LED colours during one treatment?A: Each treatment mode runs for 3 minutes. Because Oraliawell LumiMask™ uses multiple LEDs with a high power density, we recommend using no more than two light modes per day, for a maximum total of 6 minutes on each treatment area. Longer sessions will not necessarily provide better results and may increase the risk of skin irritation.Q: The device feels slightly warm. Is this normal?A: After consecutive 3-minute sessions, the device may feel slightly warm to the touch. This is normal during operation and should not be harmful when the device is used according to the instructions.Treat each area for only 3 minutes per mode. When the mask or controller feels warm, switch it off and allow it to cool before beginning another session. The control box may also become warm during use; this is normal, but it should be allowed to cool between treatments.Q: How should I clean my LED face mask?Regular cleaning — before and after every use:Gently wipe Oraliawell LumiMask™ with a soft, dry cloth or a gentle alcohol-free wipe before and after each session.Deep cleaning — approximately every two weeks:For a more thorough clean, sanitise the device every two weeks, or more frequently depending on use. Lightly apply 70% isopropyl alcohol to a soft cloth and gently wipe the mask’s surface.Never spray alcohol, water, or cleaning products directly onto the device, as this may damage its electrical components. Allow the mask to dry completely before using or storing it.Q: How do I charge the controller, and how long does charging take?A: Follow these steps:Connect the Type-C charging cable to a standard 5V charging adapter. Fast chargers may not be compatible with some versions of the device.Connect the other end of the cable to the charging port on the control box.The controller will display a flashing “88” when charging begins.A complete charge takes approximately 3 hours. The controller will display “88” when charging is complete.The device cannot be used while the control box is charging. One complete charge supports approximately 5–8 sessions, equivalent to around 15–24 minutes of total use.
